Privacy Policy

We are a small jewelry shop in Dayton, Ohio. We only collect what we need to send you your order. We do not sell your information to anyone.

When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and what you bought.

If you sign up for our emails, we store your email address for that.

We never see your card number. You type it straight into Stripe, the company that handles our payments, and they deal with it.

To pack and send your order, and to contact you if there is a problem with it.

If you signed up for emails, to send you the occasional update. You can stop those any time.

Only the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe, to take your payment
• Our delivery service, to get the parcel to you
• The companies that host our website and store our order records

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your cart and saved items are kept in your own browser, not on our computers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Email hello@shopskyejewelry.com and ask, and we will delete what we hold about you. We may need to keep basic order records for tax purposes.

This shop is not aimed at children under 13.

If we update this page, we will change the date at the top so you can see when it last changed.
